FarmGrantGuide.com is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and how we use it. The short version: we collect very little, and we never sell your data.

What We Collect

Email Signup

If you sign up for deadline alerts, we collect your email address, your state, and which page you signed up from. We use them only to send you deadline emails:

• A welcome email within a day of signing up, with what's open or coming up in your state.
• One email a month, on the 1st, with the deadlines coming up for your state.
• If you signed up on a program's page, one reminder about two weeks before that program's next deadline.

To unsubscribe, reply "unsubscribe" to any of our emails and we'll take you off the list. We don't sell, rent, or share your email address with anyone.

Analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are most visited and what kinds of devices people use. It does not use cookies, does not track you across sites, and does not collect personal information.

Eligibility Checker

Our eligibility checker asks you questions about your farm operation (type of operation, experience level, state, needs, and disaster status). This information is processed entirely in your browser and is not stored on our servers, transmitted to us, or shared with any third party. We do not collect, save, or have access to your checker responses.

What We Don't Collect

• We don't require account creation
• We don't use advertising trackers
• We don't use third-party cookies
• We don't collect financial information
• We don't share or sell any data to third parties

Third-Party Services

Our site is hosted on Vercel. Email signups are processed through FormSubmit.co. We use Vercel Web Analytics for cookie-free visit counts. All are industry-standard services with their own privacy policies. We do not share your data with any other parties.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Unsubscribe from emails at any time
• Request deletion of your email address from our list
• Ask what data we have about you (the answer is: just your email and state, if you signed up)
